The selection of human resources is becoming increasingly vital for larger organizations, highlighting the necessity for recruiters to have state-of-the-art tools.

The innovative process introduced by CVING facilitates direct communication between businesses and the most qualified candidates in the advanced stages of the selection process.

Traditionally, this interaction has taken place via phone or email, methods that are now considered outdated due to their time-consuming nature and limited insight into candidates.

Studies indicate that only 7% of communication is verbal, emphasizing the significance of observing candidates' non-verbal cues, movements, and expressions. Given the impracticality of meeting every candidate in person, CVING has devised a unique solution: the Pending-Interview.

Candidates are presented with five questions on the CVING app and are required to respond within a week through a self-recorded video submission. They are given 30 seconds to consider each question and up to 60 seconds to articulate their responses.

A distinct feature of CVING is its consistent white background during video submissions, designed to alleviate concerns about the surroundings and ensure focus on the candidate. This feature distinguishes CVING as it utilizes machine learning algorithms to recognize and isolate the candidate from their background.

As endorsed by recruiting experts, this represents a new standard in interviews, urging aspiring candidates to prepare for such digital assessments.

Recruiters can evaluate these video interviews based on their individual criteria and invite select candidates for in-person interviews, marking a crucial step towards finalizing the selection process.

To support this transition towards a digital, innovative, and merit-based system, CVING offers access to a training section where candidates can familiarize themselves with common interview questions posed by businesses.

Once completed, it can be exported in an eye-catching style for use across various job applications. The unique layout of this CV can capture the attention of reviewers, potentially elevating candidates to subsequent selection phases.</li>

CVING represents a novel approach for candidates to engage with recruiters in advanced stages of the hiring process. This innovative platform enables individuals to showcase their full potential beyond traditional paper resumes, underlining that personality, demeanor, and skills can best be conveyed through video presentations.
